Introduction

Welcome to Limoxy World Bahrain (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking platform, admin panel, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By using the Platform you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking “Accept”, or using our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and bookings.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

User Accounts

To access certain features you must register and create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account Security

Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available. Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You must not: (i) attempt to access other user's accounts; (ii) interfere with Platform security; (iii) use the Platform to transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Role-based Access (Admin / Super Admin)

Admin and Super Admin accounts have elevated privileges to create bookings, generate payment links, manage invoices and suppliers. These users must protect credentials and follow internal security policies.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data to provide our services. Personal data may include name, contact details, booking details, and transaction metadata. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by tokenizing payment processors.

Data Use & Retention

Data is used to process bookings, issue invoices/vouchers, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for these purposes or to satisfy legal requirements.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at: support@limoxyworld.com.

Bookings & Payments

Booking Creation

Bookings may be created by Clients via the public booking flow or manually by Admins in the Admin panel. Bookings must include accurate passenger, pickup/drop-off, and time details. The Platform may generate a booking reference number for every booking.

Payment Links & Processing

Admins can generate secure payment links tied to a booking. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store raw payment card numbers; tokens supplied by the gateway may be stored for future payments only with explicit consent.

Payment Status

Each booking displays the payment status (e.g., Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid). Services may be confirmed only after required payments are completed, according to the booking and supplier rules.

Invoicing & Vouchers

Once payment is confirmed the Platform will automatically generate an invoice and a voucher which include booking details, amounts, and supplier information. Invoices are sent to the Client’s registered email.

Merging & Commission

Admins may merge invoices for related orders and apply commissions or discounts. Commission calculations and final selling price are displayed in the invoice summary.

Security

We follow industry best practices (including OWASP recommendations) to protect accounts and data. This includes:

  • Strong password hashing (bcrypt/Argon2) and no storage of plaintext passwords.
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest (AES) and TLS in transit.
  • Rate limiting, MFA for admin accounts, and logging/auditing of privileged actions.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your data or account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Disclaimer: The Platform and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may terminate their account according to the Platform process. Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bahrain, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
